1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on rvtoto, you expressly consent to these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. 3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• You must not be employed by rvtoto, any affiliated company, or any third-party service provider involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You must not have previously self-excluded or been banned from rvtoto or any affiliated gaming platform.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a KYC request will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access Gaming Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR). You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. 4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, rvtoto requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit clear, legible copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, Passport, or Driver's License / SIM)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Withdrawals will be withheld until KYC is successfully completed. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rvtoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB) and within 24 hours for off-hours transfers. rvtoto does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 6-24 hours for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and may be subject to additional security checks if suspicious activity is detected. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your rvtoto Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

To comply with international AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers before requesting a withdrawal. This policy prevents the Platform from being used for money laundering or fund transfer purposes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by rvtoto are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. These terms are clearly displayed on the bonus offer page and must be read in full before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated factor before bonus funds become withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10-20%, sports betting 50-100% depending on odds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rvtoto reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and suspend or close accounts engaged in bonus abuse tactics including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette simultaneously).

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games on rvtoto use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live equipment that have been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. We do not manipulate, alter, or predetermine game outcomes. All games operate according to their published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific sport's rules. Live betting odds are subject to change in real-time based on match events. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

7.3 Togel Draws

All togel (lottery) results are derived from official draws conducted by the respective lottery authorities (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). rvtoto does not conduct or influence these draws. Results are published immediately upon official release. In the event of a delayed or canceled draw, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Errors and Disputes

In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed, palpable technical malfunction, game freeze), rvtoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet confirmations and transaction history immediately after placing bets. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the contested transaction.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other players
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform's software
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, compromised bank accounts, or other fraudulent sources

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

rvtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period (minimum 6 months).

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rvtoto, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform or Gaming Services
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game software or odds display
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain security
• Loss of funds due to your violation of these Terms
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, banks, or government authorities
• Any losses incurred while gambling on the Platform

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of rvtoto shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvtoto's international gaming license is issued. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through rvtoto's internal complaints procedure. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

12. Amendments to Terms

rvtoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email to your registered address.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees, bonuses subject to wagering, or amounts owed to rvtoto. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, we may withhold balances pending investigation.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the rvtoto Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces is the property of rvtoto or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
